CANADIAN
SNOWSPORTS ASSOCIATION
The
CANADIAN SNOWSPORTS ASSOCIATION is a federation of its nine
ski and snowboard member disciplines, whose mandate is the
development of elite amateur athletes and the pursuit of
excellence at national and international level competitions
for all disciplines.
Each discipline operates
through regional divisions consisting of more than 650 clubs
with over 80,000 members. Incorporated in 1920, The CANADIAN
SNOWSPORTS ASSOCIATION represents
Canada
on the world governing body for skiing and snowboarding -
the Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS) www.fis-ski.com. |
